Dominic BujoldLast June, Dominic Bujold, founder of Sushi Shop and a 2012 EMBA McGill-HEC Montreal alumnus joined forces with Alexandre Brunet, creator of Stromboli Pizza to launch Pizza n° 900.  This new concept offers Neapolitan pizza, cooked in 90 seconds at 900 degrees C.  Pizza no 900 has two locations: a restaurant on Bernard Street in Montreal and a food truck.

An article in La Presse + explains that, after selling Sushi Shop and enjoying his “retirement” by pursuing an EMBA at McGill and HEC Montreal, Dominic is now ready to develop his new business by promoting the expansion of the concept through a franchise network.
