Laurent Blanchard, who began the EMBA McGill-HEC Montréal in September 2014, has recently been appointed as President at National Bank Direct Brokerage.
As part of his mandate, Laurent will oversee brokerage operations that complement the Bank’s general investment solutions. He will define and implement a business development plan to boost revenues and market share, while increasing cross-sales and acquiring clients. He will ensure a quality client experience and client satisfaction as well as ensure the Bank maintains a strong presence in the market.
