For the third consecutive year, the EMBA McGill-HEC Montréal is a proud partner of the annual conference Femmes Leaders organized by Les Affaires.

Once again this year, several EMBA McGill-HEC Montréal alumnae are among the leaders invited by Les Affaires to inspire participants with their vision, ambition and commitment.

Rita-Rose Gagné, Executive Vice President, Growth Markets at IVANHOE CAMBRIDGE and Giulia Cirillo, Former Vice President Global Human Resources and Health, Safety and Security at BRP (Bombardier Recreational Products) will participate in the collaborative session on managerial reflection as an important tool for effective management, moderated by Professor Alain Pinsonneault, EMBA co-director.

Danièle Bergeron, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at SAIL OUTDOORS and Corporate Director who serves on the board of SAQ, will participate in the panel on “Governance: how to contribute to your board and stand out.” Jacynthe Côté, a member of the McGill-HEC Montréal EMBA advisory board, will also participate in this panel.

Estelle Metayer, President of Competia, who teaches in our Executive MBA program, will host the conference entitled “Misez sur une culture qui favorise l’innovation et passez à l’action!”

This event, held on May 17, 2016, will enable leaders to thoroughly examine the challenges that shape the complex reality in which they manage strategic issues.
