LEMKEN Canada, the Canadian division of the family business LEMKEN, a world-renowned professional agricultural equipment manufacturer, has experienced strong growth since 2010, when Laurent Letzter was the first and only employee of the division.
The LEMKEN Canada team has grown quickly and changes were required, according to Laurent Letzter, current McGill-HEC Montreal EMBA participant and new Managing director of LEMKEN Canada.
“We have recently made a significant change. We opened an import office in St-Hyacinthe with a complete parts warehouse for all of Canada. It was only natural that I become the managing director of this new structure and it seemed indispensable to me to participate in the McGill-HEC Montréal EMBA program to have the right tools to take on these responsibilities, but also to obtain good results with my colleagues and partners.”
