As such, Alexandre’s mandate will be to lead the human resources team while making his division a key partner in the SAQ‘s strategic plan. In addition to supporting the management team, he will also be responsible for implementing human resources strategies and programs. More specifically, he will continue to develop a performance culture focused on employee engagement. Talent acquisition and retention are also important issues that will be part of the objectives pursued.

Alexandre has been with the SAQ’s human resources team since 2007 and quickly rose through the ranks. He is delighted with the nomination and says that his last year at the EMBA McGill-HEC Montréal has prepared him for this new challenge. He will report directly to Catherine Dagenais, President of the SAQ, who is also an EMBA graduate.
