He is also responsible for keeping up to date all major registers of the Bar, such as the Roll of the Order, the Register of Trust Accounts and the Registers of Wills and Mandates.

Prior to joining the Barreau du Québec, Martin spent just over 6 years with the Autorié des Marchés Financiers as Director of Investigations for breaches or contraventions in matters of insider trading, manipulation or abuse on the stock markets.

The EMBA program has completely changed my view of relationships within my organization, opening my mind to the importance of networking and bonds between teammates, which allows me to move certain issues forward in the right way. More specifically, the Reflective Mindset and the Collaborative module gave me management tools and a better understanding of myself. Today, in this first role on a board of directors, I feel confident, thanks to these precious learnings, in facing the challenges of my new role.
