Le coaching des gestionnaires, an article based on Carole Gins’ final paper for the EMBA McGill-HEC Montréal which discusses management coaching as an indicator of efficiency and performance, was published in the Volume XVII of the “Revue internationale de Psychosociologie”. Mrs. Gins is the President of Informed Medical Communications, an interactive medical marketing group of companies providing services to the biopharmaceutical industry. She is a graduate of the EMBA McGill-HEC Montréal program, class of 2010.
