Zahida will contribute to CAE\u2019s vision of becoming the \u201cTraining Partner of Choice\u201d. She will work with global HR and Business Unit Leaders to develop, manage and improve the programs, processes and standards relating to instruction and instructors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Zahida graduated from the EMBA McGill-HEC Montreal last year, and she sees the link between the program and her new role:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThe EMBA was a transformational experience both\u00a0on a personal and professional level as it prepared me to take the leap into my new role.
