Coming from Peru and rebuilding my life in a new country has shaped who I am and how I lead. Being an immigrant taught me what it means to start from scratch — to adapt, to listen, and to learn from what’s different. Over time, I stopped seeing differences as challenges and began to see them as a source of richness and connection.

This experience made me a more human and mindful leader. I try to be present, to listen before judging, and to create spaces where people feel respected for who they are. For me, leadership is about being grounded in empathy — guiding with awareness, not ego, and helping others feel seen and capable in their own right.

My journey taught me that resilience isn’t only about pushing through — it’s about growing through change, together.
