In the Les Affaires edition of April 19, 2014, Mr. Michel Bundock, Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Groupement des chefs d’entreprises du Québec and current participant in the McGill HEC Montreal EMBA program, comments on an article entitled “The need to stay aligned.”

In one of his remarks, he warns leaders: “I think that one of the big challenges for leaders is to distinguish what is a seduction (which distracts and scatters resources) from a real opportunity (which contributes positively to the strategy).”
