Marie-Claude Pelletier, PDG, Groupe entreprises en santé Marie-Claude Pelletier, a 2012 graduate of the McGill-HEC Montréal EMBA program, recently co-authored the book “Hygiène de vie et bien-être au travail” with Laurence Breton-Kueny and Helen Coulombeix, published by AFNOR. The book focuses on personal health and well-being at work.  It was written between Quebec and France, offering a reflection on the role that organizations can play in the lifestyles of their employees to prevent chronic disease or to fight against addictions, junk food and sedentary lifestyles.

“The authors found a return on investment ranging from $1.50 to $ 3.80 per dollar spent when a structured approach is deployed. This demonstrates once again that human health is also a lever for business performance,” states the release on AFNOR’s website.
