Dimitrios Ladas, a 2015 McGill-HEC Montréal EMBA graduate, has recently been promoted to the position of Director, Component Maintenance at Air Canada. In his new role, Dimitrios will be “responsible for overseeing inventory capital plans to optimize performance while minimizing the maintenance material spend, inventory ownership and enhancing product delivery”. Dimitrios has been working at Air Canada for ten years, most recently as Senior Manager, Engine Maintenance. Despite his 20+ years of experience in the aerospace industry, with increasing levels of responsibility, he believes that the EMBA played an important role in his latest promotion.
