A long-awaited first step in the aviation industry: Zahida Intwala becomes Instructor Experience Specialist for CAE
“I am very excited for this new adventure as from a young age, I have always been fascinated by the aviation industry”, said Zahida Intwala (EMBA 2017), who has recently started her new role as Instructor Experience Specialist for CAE.
As an Instructor Experience Specialist for this global leader in aviation training, Zahida’s mandate will be to maintain and improve the central instructor initiatives, increase instructor attraction and retention, as well as to assure customer and client positive perception of instructor quality. Zahida will contribute to CAE’s vision of becoming the “Training Partner of Choice”. She will work with global HR and Business Unit Leaders to develop, manage and improve the programs, processes and standards relating to instruction and instructors.
Zahida graduated from the EMBA McGill-HEC Montreal last year, and she sees the link between the program and her new role:
