Stéphane Emond (EMBA 2018) joins Grimard as Director, Continuous Improvement and Special Projects

Stephane Emond, a 2018 graduate of the McGill-HEC Montréal EMBA program, has recently joined Grimard as Director of Continuous Improvement and Special Projects.

In his new role, Stephane will be responsible for implementing continuous improvement projects in construction operations,  launching projects in new business sectors, and managing proposals for and execution of major projects. On a day-to-day basis, he will, act as an advisor and coach to the team and ensure the implementation of the best practices for major projects, thereby supporting the strategic vision for the group’s development.

Stéphane now works with his EMBA classmate, Sébastien Grimard, Executive Vice President of this family business specialized in the fields of electricity, general construction, automation, instrumentation and power manufacturing and telecommunications.
