Eric Myles graduated from the McGill-HEC Montréal EMBA program in 2011. He joined the Canadian Olympic Committee (COC) in 2014, and was recently promoted to the position of Chief Sport Officer.

In an article published on RDS.ca, a sports broadcaster’s website, the author describes how Eric has already “inspired his team with his great passion for sport and its mobilizing role in society.”

Eric commented on the 2015 COC crisis, which resulted in a major cultural change for the organization.

“We are a high performance organization and we have a vital role to play in the Canadian society: to unite and support young people in their dreams and passions. It was important to take very clear positions in relation to our values of inclusion, diversity, ethics and safety in sport, explained Eric in an interview. ”
