Anne Marie Talbot, a 2016 HEC Montréal MBA graduate and founder of 17Aylwin, a personal assistant service, recently created a Women Entrepreneurship Scholarship for a HEC Montréal MBA student entrepreneurs. Having herself received a scholarship during her studies, she certainly saw the benefits.

Anne Marie initiated the project by contacting the HEC Montréal Foundation and then met a McGill-HEC Montreal EMBA graduate: Julie Normand, Chief of Administrative Services at Delegatus Legal Services Inc.

Julie quickly contacted her McGill-HEC Montréal EMBA network to spread the idea of ​​creating this scholarship.

In total, 19 graduates, five MBA from HEC Montréal and 14 McGill-HEC Montréal EMBA alumni answered positively and decided to contribute to the project: The Entrepreneuriat au féminin Scholarship of the Regroupement de diplômé (es) MBA HEC Montréal & EMBA McGill-HEC Montréal was launched!

For the next five years, a $4,000 scholarship will be awarded to a woman entrepreneur of the HEC Montréal MBA program. In addition to the scholarship, accompaniment and meetings will be offered to the laureates in order to support them concretely.
