Rob Ersoni (EMBA 2018) has accepted the newly created role of VP of Global Business Services, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. In this new role, he will define the annual performance objectives for the Global Business Services (GBS) organization in agreement with the Executive Leadership Team. This role will lead the development of a target operating model and organization structure focused on the continuous improvement as well as the strategic and operational effectiveness of various functions within Excelitas. This position allows Rob to leverage many of EMBA program’s module learnings, as his challenge is to Enable Excelitas with a Future Ready Organization, one that will Engage with the business in order to establish an Analytical Mindset and creating a partnership with the various functions that will Excel on both Collaborative and Catalytic sides. Rob notes that his personal development during the program has led to greater confidence and provided the additional push to move out of his comfort zone of being a long standing ‘technologist’ and accept a challenging position of establishing an entirely new organization.
