Hervé Rolland, a McGill-HEC Montréal EMBA graduate in 2015 got some good news during the current crisis. In April, he saw his first book published by L’Harmattan.

Hervé Rolland graduated in Management Sciences from Paris-Dauphine and Paris-Panthéon-Assas universities, before completing the Executive MBA at McGill-HEC Montréal. His career has taken him to many countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and America, so it’s no surprise that intercultural relations are an important focus for him.

Hervé’s book, “Des cultures et des Entreprises – une étude France-Québec“, provides food for thought to readers in order to help them better understand the complexity of intercultural relations in business. The analysis of the specific case of cultural differences between France and Quebec supports this point and illustrates it in a concrete way.

A finance specialist, Hervé’s current role is CFO for EIFFAGE Métal, a French metal construction company, specializing in steel structures.
