Darcy Ferron recently joined Ingenium as Vice President of Business Development. The professional journey that brought him to Ingénium spans 20 years in the financial sector with a focus on business development, the last 5 of which were with EDC as a strategic account director and principal representative of international business development.

I am reminded to be humble, to listen, to be creative, to dare, to be myself… I am reminded that I won’t know everything, but I can use my strengths to push forward and know that I will make mistakes. “Accepting to be you” by being self-aware and of course having an awareness of others, understanding perception and being realistic about it… everything he taught us has been so valuable in shaping my path.
