Emma Leith, a current participant of the EMBA 2022 cohort, has recently taken on the role of Regional Manager, Sustainabilty at Centerra Gold.
With strong professional roots in negotiation, mediation within the realm of sustainability and risk management, Emma’s career mission is focused on sustainability strategy and innovation, community development and investment, community engagement and Indigenous relations, and regulatory reporting and frameworks.
Prior to joining Centerra Gold, Emma spent over 12 years at Agnico Eagle Mines Limited where she held positions in Community Relations in Nunavut, Social Risk Evaluation and Community Engagement for Latin America, and Sustainable Development and CSR Reporting.
