Annie Hotte, EMBA 2018, was recently appointed Chief Operating Officer at Lemay, where for the past 3 years she has been a Partner, and Head, Talent and Corporate Strategy. Annie brings, beyond her experience at Lemay, an impressive career in talent management with 12 years at Uni-Select Inc. in talent management and human resources, nearly 6 years as a human resources consultant for the CDPQ and nearly 6 years managing HR for the Royal Air Force. She also served as VP Business Development at Accetis International.

Annie is responsible for the execution of strategic initiatives and operational efficiency. As a senior partner and Chief Operating Officer at Lemay, she shares that one of the major business challenges to tackle is the acquisition of manpower and talent in order to deliver their projects, all the while ensuring efficient project execution and delivery.
