Bringing significant experience in retail management, Mélanie joins the Desjardins team, where she will be called upon to contribute to the success of the omnichannel transformation for the benefit of Desjardins members and clients.

Among other things, in her new role, Mélanie will oversee the preparation of the program’s report for senior officials, the analysis of the overall performance of the omnichannel program and the formulation of recommendations so that the program’s resources create maximum value for members and clients.

Mélanie worked 15 years for Holt Renfrew in various positions including that of General Manager and Operations Manager before overseeing the integration of Holt Renfrew and Ogilvy. She also worked within the Bikini Village group in operations management and participates as a mentor within Zù, an accelerator founded by Guy Laliberté aimed at supporting and propelling creative entrepreneurs in the entertainment industry.
