In today’s reality, managers must demonstrate great flexibility, be in tune with a fluctuating market and cope with a changing team dynamic, all without neglecting their performance and impact: These 45 leaders have decided to go back to school and join the EMBA McGill-HEC Montréal program.
They all have very different backgrounds and experiences, they work in more than 25 different industries, but they all share an openness, a desire to learn and the desire to surpass themselves. They have the courage to question what they have learned through their extensive work experience (18 years on average) and management experience (12 years on average).
Together, this diverse group (22 women and 23 men | 55% born outside Quebec) form the 14th cohort of the McGill-HEC Montréal EMBA program – the future EMBA Class of 2023!
