“During the innovation module, The Catalytic Mindset, I realized that the common thread of my passion and success at work was that I love to innovate and improve processes.

While I was in a vice president position and thought my career was leading me to a CEO position, this realization allowed me to realign myself. I now feel that my career is focused on what drives me.

Since then, I have taken several courses to gain new competences and get to where I am today. “

Sandrine Talbot, Country Head Canada, Bossard Group

Sandrine Talbot Lagloire, a 2018 McGill-HEC Montreal EMBA program alumna, has been promoted to Director – Digital Innovation Studio – Canada at Avanade, provider of innovative digital and cloud services, business solutions and design-led experiences on the Microsoft ecosystem.

Four years later, she became their Vice-President of Sales for North America East. Her experience using data and IoT to improve her client’s productivity allowed Sandrine to witness the considerable advantages companies gained by implementing technology.

Obsessed with understanding why some companies were better than others at leveraging their technology investments, she wrote her EMBA final paper on the topic of digital transformation while deciding to further her education in that field with additional certificates, namely at Columbia (Digital Marketing), MIT (Organizational Design for Digital Transformation), and Harvard (Fintech.) She is also a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner.

She joined Avanade one year ago, working with the Canadian Leadership team on their direct sales strategy.  What excites Sandrine the most about this new role, is the feeling that she is finally connecting the dots.
