The McGill-HEC Montreal EMBA program has allowed me to develop myself personally and professionally through better introspection, increased attention to understanding the context in which we operate as well as a renewed appreciation of the importance of the network and the complementarity of the strengths of our employees to perform as a team.
Marie-Lucie Paradis, a 2017 McGill-HEC Montreal EMBA alumna, has been appointed to Senior Vice-President, Direct Distribution, Canadian Operations at Intact Financial Corporation in 2021. When she began the EMBA program, she had already been Vice President at Intact Financial Corporation for several years.
Working Her Way Up at Intact
Marie-Lucie joined Intact in 2002 as a claims adjuster and then rose through the ranks. Since 2012, she has held various roles as Vice-President. From customer service to operations, strategic distribution and communications, Marie-Lucie has demonstrated that she is a passionate and intelligent leader in every role she has held.
Today, as Senior Vice President Direct Distribution at Intact Financial Corporation, she is responsible for the company’s direct distribution operations in Canada.
Marie-Lucie is also a member of the board of directors of the Fondation de l’Entrepreneurship and its Mentoring Network.
