“I think the EMBA prepared me both in terms of perfecting academic knowledge, but also in terms of the mindset you need to have to meet the beautiful challenge that is managing a group such as Alcor with serenity. In the current economic context of a global crisis in the logistics chain, a labor shortage and high expectations of shareholders in a market tainted by Covid, I feel privileged to benefit from this extraordinary training and to have access to an invaluable network of friends and professionals.”

Nadège Lenormand-Dauvergne, a McGill-HEC Montreal EMBA 2014 alumna, has been appointed President and CEO of Alcor Matériaux de Toiture Inc. and Esko equipment manufacturing Ltd (manufacturers of the “Grizzly” and “All Seasons Equipment” brands).

Nadège has over 20 years of experience as a senior executive in the manufacturing and distribution industry. She has worked in constantly evolving organizations. After completing her technical training in France in the French Navy, Nadège worked in Quebec and the United States in international project management.
