Fifteen years ago, McGill University and HEC Montréal, two world-renowned universities and academic leaders, joined forces to create a unique Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program. The 15-month bilingual program, which is designed for executives and entrepreneurs and is based on Henry Mintzberg’s Managerial Mindsets, aims to support  its participants in becoming better leaders who have an impact towards a sustainable future.

Today, we are delighted to introduce our EMBA McGill-HEC Montréal Class of 2024.

The EMBA Class of 2024 is composed of 45 participants; 23 women and 22 men. For each cohort, we recruit participants with an eye to diversity and this class is no exception as we gathered a team of executives with a wide range of complementary backgrounds, over 25 different industries and many types of organizations.

In fact, with an average of 19 years of work experience and 12 years of managerial experience, which is very high, even for an Executive program, the program will certainly build on the experience of its participants, and the learning between classmates is sure to be very rich.

We are thrilled to see this talented group of leaders embark on their McGill-HEC Montréal EMBA journeys and we cannot wait to get to know them better!
