Isabelle Garand, current participant of the EMBA McGill-HEC Montréal program, is now Partner at Octave Maecenas, a senior executive search firm.
Isabelle’s role is to define, with her clientele, the role, the issues, the market and the strategy to find the ideal candidate. She will also be responsible for researching and evaluating candidates.
Isabelle’s EMBA final paper will focus on the recruitment process and the evaluation of CEOs which will certainly be useful in her new role.
