The McGill-HEC Montréal EMBA program is proud to announce the two 2022 recipients of the EMBA scholarship dedicated to managers of non-profit organizations: Maxime Allard and Natalie Charette.

Natalie Charrette

Natalie Charette Director, Major Gifts & Planned Giving for the Breakfast Club of Canada – Club des petits déjeuners, has spent her entire career in philanthropy. Before joining the Breakfast Club in March 2022, she worked in a range of non-profits such as MedicAlert Foundation Canada, YMCA of Hamilton|Burlington|Brantford, The Kidney Foundation of Canada and Habitat for Humanity Halton.

Maxime Allard

Maxime Allard is director of the volunteer cooperation program at the Paul Gérin-Lajoie Foundation. Maxime has been working in the non-profit and international cooperation world for more than eleven years. He has held various roles in organizations such as Canada World Youth and Oxfam-Québec before joining the Paul Gérin-Lajoie Foundation.
