Short biography: 

Marie-Sophie is an experienced leader in product manufacturing, supply chain management and innovation strategy acquired during a 17-year international career with the leading CPG company Procter and Gamble followed by 4 years at Agropur, a leader in the dairy industry in North America.  Having proven herself in the transformation of organizations performance as well as business processes, in the implementation of major corporate and mobilizing programs such as ERP implementation, in the creation of product innovation strategies, in the management of large multidisciplinary teams, the conceptualization of supply chains, the optimization of logistics networks and the establishment of operational excellence in manufacturing sites.  Passionate about talent management and business transformation, this engineering physics graduate has recently graduated from the HEC-McGill EMBA.

What accomplishment are you most proud of in your professional career? 

Leading Agropur Canada’s supply chain team through the pandemic and positioning us as a partner of choice.

Why did you choose to do the McGill-HEC Montreal EMBA program?

In order to broaden my understanding of the business world but also of the major societal trends that are transforming it.  All through two sources: renowned professors/speakers and colleagues with significant and diverse experience.

How has the EMBA program impacted you and your career?

Meaningful learning that can be applied immediately in the context of work that allowed me to better articulate my mandate to transform the cooperative.

What did you enjoy most about your EMBA experience overall?

Meeting wonderful colleagues who have all become friends.
