It will also assess the candidate’s ability to understand English and French. At the same time, it is an opportunity for the candidate to determine if the program is the right fit.

The interview is the most important step in the admission process.
The admissions process aims to bring together the best people possible to form a diverse and experienced cohort. Program directors look for managers who are willing to take a step back, think and share their learning; “leaders” from whom other classmates can learn. There is no ideal candidate profile. On the contrary, the broader the range of profiles, the richer the learning will be. Special attention is paid to the candidate’s management experience and professional responsibilities.

In most cases, the admissions committee communicates its decision within a couple of weeks of the interview by sending an offer of admission. To confirm a place in the program, the candidate must sign and return the offer of admission, together with a non-refundable deposit of $8,000.STEP #1: Resume Evaluation
