Henry Mintzberg\u2019s thinking on the practice of management inspired much of the design of the EMBA McGill \u2013 HEC\u00a0 Montr\u00e9al, including among other elements, the focus on reflection, the managerial mindsets that form five of the program\u2019s modules, and the importance of drawing together managers of significant experience in order to use their work and businesses as a canvas for learning. He also teaches in the program\u2019s Reflective and Analytic Mindset modules.<\/p>\n<p>Yves Pigneur , a guest professor at HEC Montr\u00e9al, and his colleague Alexander\u00a0Osterwalder placed 15<sup>th <\/sup>on\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/thinkers50.com\/t50-ranking\/2015-2\/\">The Thinkers50 Ranking 2015<\/a>.
