After eleven months, during which they met once a month from Thursday to Sunday, they turned to writing their final papers. They submitted those papers in December 2015 and officially joined the EMBA alumni family in February 2016. They will take part in both McGill\u2019s and HEC Montr\u00e9al\u2019s convocations in June.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>They are experienced leaders in their organizations, and they have very busy lives and large management responsibilities.\u00a0 Nevertheless, they had the humility and the courage to return to school; they were open to learn from others and they were generous in sharing their own experiences and insights.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-1 fusion_builder_column_1_2 1_2 fusion-one-half fusion-column-first\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;width:48%;
