The products are made in Quebec and sold online.<\/p>\n<p>We reached Cl\u00e9ment following the announcement of his business launch and he explained how <em>Men\u2019s Seasons<\/em> is closely linked to the EMBA program and particularly to his final paper:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The three months I took to dig into the subject <div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-1 hundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-overflow:visible;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-0 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last fusion-column-no-min-height\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-margin-bottom:0px;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\">[the behavioral psychology of men through the consumption of beauty products] for my EMBA final paper were the perfect opportunity for me to learn about a whole new industry and its key players. In addition, the contact network I built \u200b\u200bnot only within my class, but across all McGill-HEC Montr\u00e9al EMBA alumni is absolutely priceless and contributed directly and tangibly to the launch of <em>Men&#8217;s Seasons<\/em>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/plus.lapresse.ca\/screens\/4d6e1fb0-27e2-48fa-8c35-a5cb4b0fb1e1%7C_0.html\">In an interview with La Presse<\/a>, Cl\u00e9ment explained the origin of his newly launched company: his final EMBA paper and its main question: &#8220;For several years, we have been hearing that beauty products for men are the next eldorado &#8230; in reality, the market has been growing, but not nearly as much as expected. Why?&#8221;\u00a0 Through the research he conducted as part of his final paper, he drew a number of conclusions. \u00a0Among other things, the way men and women consume these types of products is very different: men are mostly seeking a solution to a specific problem, while women feel like they are purchasing a luxury product.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to his final paper, there are signs that the EMBA\u2019s Sustainability Challenge module, also influenced this new entrepreneur. \u00a0Cl\u00e9ment decided that <em>Men&#8217;s Seasons\u2019 <\/em>products would be vegan, without petrochemicals, made from natural ingredients, and to take things one step further, for <a href=\"https:\/\/mensseasons.com\/produit\/coffret-foret\/\">every box sold<\/a>, <em>Mens Seasons will <\/em>plant a tree \u00a0in Quebec, through a partnership with <a href=\"https:\/\/treecanada.ca\/\">Tree Canada.<\/a><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last week, Cl\u00e9ment Joubert, pianist, former director of the McGill Conservatory and a 2015 McGill-HEC Montr\u00e9al EMBA graduate, launched Men&#8217;s Seasons, a new range of skincare products designed for men, which meets the seasonally specific needs of the skin.
