The program allowed me to recognize the skills learned in public administration, to transfer them and to land a great job and challenge within CN, a significant industry player,&#8221; Jos\u00e9e told the EMBA team.<\/p>\n<p>With a background in sociology, Jos\u00e9e has also distinguished herself by her involvement in federal and municipal politics. Since her EMBA graduation, she had held the position of Chief of Staff for the <a href=\"https:\/\/pm.gc.ca\/eng\/minister-families-children-and-social-development-mandate-letter\">Minister of Families, Children and Social Development Canada and Minister Responsible for the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Jos\u00e9e had previously been at the head of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recyc-quebec.gouv.qc.ca\/\">Recyc-Qu\u00e9bec&#8217;s <\/a>Board of Directors and worked on restructuring the governance of Aboriginal communities.
