As she achieved this important milestone, she also accepted the role of Director \u2013 \u00a0National Solutions Surety at Intact Insurance Company.\u00a0 Candice has been working at Intact, a Canadian auto, home, and business insurance company, for the last 14 years.\u00a0 In her new role, Candice\u2018s mandate will be to manage national special projects such as coordinating the integration and supervision of the cross-border surety center.\u00a0 Over the years, she has developed a performance culture focused on employee engagement, and she will continue to build this, now on a national level.<\/p>\n<p>Candice plans to live by one of her significant learnings from the McGill-HEC Montr\u00e9al EMBA program:\u00a0 Clear communication and consistency are key factors in establishing credibility.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cDuring the EMBA program, I learned that even the most knowledgeable people do not get traction if their message is not clear and above all, consistent with their vision, their values and their actions.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Candice Archer (EMBA 2020) has been appointed Director \u2013 \u00a0National Solutions Surety at Intact Insurance Company Candice Archer recently completed the McGill-HEC Montreal Executive MBA program.
