On September 17th, the McGill – HEC Montréal EMBA Program welcomed 40 nervous but excited new participants. It takes a lot of courage and humility to return to class when you already hold an important managerial role, as these participants do.

The average age of the class is 41 years old, they average 16 years of work experience and 11 years in a managerial role. They no longer have to prove themselves. Indeed, 43% of them have a title of VP or higher.

We’re pleased to present this new class as they embark on their 15 month EMBA journey. As you review their titles, you’ll see how diverse their profiles are, both in terms of industry (21 industries represented) and responsibilities.
