Monique Leroux

Deep satisfaction and excitement were the two predominant emotions when the 38 new EMBA McGill-HEC Montreal graduates gathered at the Desautels Faculty of McGill University on February 1. Coming from Montreal, Quebec, Ottawa, Toronto, Quebec’s Northern Coast and Port au Prince, this culturally, intellectually and professionally diverse group shared a common passion for learning and success. With the proud congratulations of Michel Patry, Director of HEC Montréal, and Jan Jorgensen, Associate Provost (Faculty Affairs & Resource Allocation) at McGill University, they received an official letter confirming their success completion of the program. Monique Leroux, the cohort’s sponsor also joined the ceremony, just as she did on the cohort’s first day of the EMBA adventure. Mrs. Leroux warmly congratulated the graduates while and commented on the relevance of the subjects of their final papers. The official graduation ceremonies will take place, in May at McGill University and in September at HEC Montreal. So, the festivities are just beginning for the new graduates and their families.
