Zahida Intwala joined the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada team where she brings over 10 years of experience in human resources management and recruitment. Among other things, Zahida held the position of HR manager (candidate experience, artificial intelligence, and talent acquisition) for the overall training strategy at CAE, management positions in the credit and advisory departments at Genetec and Randstad, then nearly 7 years with Randstad as a sales manager and a talent acquisition manager.
In addition to her EMBA from McGill-HEC Montreal, Zahida holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and a certificate in human resources management.
