Candice Archer, Catherine Patry, Marie-Ève Tremblay and Marie-Hélène Bourduas*, four McGill-HEC Montréal EMBA 2020 graduates, recently launched a podcast called “4 à 4”.
The podcast, powered by the HEC Montréal Alumni Association, offers 10 first episodes where the four friends discuss their reality as female managers.
“4 à 4 brings together 4 professional women in their forties, without children, and evolving in traditionally male environments. They discuss leadership issues with humor and transparency and reveal a lot about their friendship along the way.”
