How do you define success?
To me, success is to be able to look back and say without hesitation that I have given it my best.
It is also a deep satisfaction that I feel when I am able to convert thoughts into actions, having a tangible and positive impact on my surroundings.
Looking ahead, what impact would you like to have?
I want to be connected with a purpose greater than myself that fits with my personal values, leading to real and sustainable economic and environmental benefits. The needs are greater than ever in these areas and I want to be part of the solution.
Is there anything you’d like to share about your EMBA journey or the impact it has had on you?
The McGill-HEC EMBA program was a great adventure that got me out of my comfort zone.
It helped me re-discover myself as a leader, up skill in areas that had been less solicited to date, and it gave me fresh perspectives, by exploring trends and uncertainties affecting the world of today and tomorrow.
Overall, it was a transformative experience, and an excellent investment on my personal and professional development.
