EMBA Learning Event on Leadership Team Alignment

November 2nd, 2023 6:30 PM

Jacques Neatby is a leadership team specialist who has spent the past decade advising CEOs and executives of industry leading companies across the globe such as Lafarge, Holcim, Randstad and Marriott. During that period, he has also taught in the EMBA program at McGill-HEC Montréal, as well as at other premier business schools in North America and Europe. He regularly writes articles on leadership teams, notably for the Harvard Business Review. He and celebrated INSEAD professor, Frédéric Godart, have written a new book entitled Leadership Team Alignment: from Conflict to Collaboration. Published by Stanford University Press, the book debunks many of the most persistent myths about teams at the top.

On November 2nd, Jacques Neatby will moderate an EMBA Learning Event on Leadership Team Alignment. After briefly introducing his new book, Jacques will engage with a panel of McGill-HEC Montréal EMBA alumni to reveal what makes some leadership teams successful and others not.

Here are the alumni-panelists:

  • Dave Bourdages, EMBA 2022, Vice President Transformation, Air Transat
  • Diana Colella, EMBA 2011, Executive Vice President, Media & Entertainment Solutions, Autodesk
  • Julie Levesque, EMBA 2016, Executive Vice President, Technology and Operations at National Bank
  • Sophie Provencher, EMBA 2021, CEO, Groupe Legault

* A networking cocktail will precede this EMBA Learning Event (starts at 5:30PM).

This is a bilingual event.
