Dhan Balbahadur, a McGill-HEC Montréal EMBA 2021 alumnus, has been appointed as Vice President, Property Operations, at Cadillac Fairview.
The interactions with my fellow colleagues and professors during the EMBA program allowed me to understand various business interactions and experiences, in order to be prepared for this senior leadership role as Vice-President, Property Operations, with Cadillac Fairview.
Dhan joined Cadillac Fairview in 2015 as Operations Manager at CF Fairview Pointe Claire and quickly demonstrated his commitment to the highest standards of quality and his ability to lead projects. He was promoted to the position of Director, Eastern Portfolio Operations in 2016. In 2019, Dhan was promoted to General Manager, Windsor Station and Deloitte Tower.
Dhan is a graduate of Concordia University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil-Environmental Engineering, holds a joint Executive Master of Business Administration degree from McGill University and HEC Montréal, and will be completing a Business Strategy Certificate at Harvard Business School in Spring 2022.
