John Dickson, a 2019 McGill-HEC Montréal EMBA program alumnus, has been named Vice President, Quality and Chemical Solutions at Blue Tide Environmental LLC.

Blue Tide Environmental is a company focused on building a global network of lubricant recycling facilities. It is currently building its first Re-Refinery in Baytown, Texas to be commissioned next year. The company recently announced that Shell Lubricants has acquired a 49% interest in Blue Tide,  in a mutual journey to support a circular economy for lubricants.

Having spent 35 years in the oil recycling industry, in key managerial roles, John’s primary focus will be in securing key industry performance approvals, implementation of a Quality Management System in pursuit of ISO 9001:2015 Certification and Sustainability projects.
