Noberta Faustin, a 2023 McGill-HEC Montréal EMBA graduate, was recently appointed as Senior Director, Strategy, Governance and Business Processes at PSP Investments.

Noberta has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial markets in Montreal, Miami, and Paris where she held various positions in risk management, analytics and portfolio and credit management. She holds the titles of CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and FRM (Financial Risk Manager). In 2022, she was a finalist for the Rising Star Award from the Association des Femmes en Finance du Québec.
“I opted for the McGill-HEC Montréal EMBA because one of the strengths of the program is how it prepares leaders for the future. The challenges that our organizations will have to face contain more and more ramifications outside their primary field of expertise.
I wanted a program that pushes me to think outside of my usual framework, in a global context and as an artisan of the future.
