Philippe Plouffe, a 2021 McGill-HEC Montréal Executive MBA program graduate, recently joined Nordia as Senior Vice-President, Operations.
Nordia is a leading provider of customer service solutions in Canada and operates 12 centers across Canada.
Philippe takes up this new challenge knowing that he will be able to put his 25 years of experience at Bell Canada, as well as his learnings from the Executive MBA program at McGill and HEC Montréa, to good use.
