How do you define success?

Living my purpose.

How has your definition of success evolved over the years and at different stages of your career?

Life changes, professional changes and priority changes have evolved my definition of success.

How did you overcome challenges to achieve this success, and what lessons did you learn from?

I was resilient, I adapted and I maintained humility. Things don’t often go as planned, but success is achievable.

Looking ahead, what impact would you like to have?

I would like to leave the world better than I came in.

Are there specific causes or social initiatives that are particularly important to you?

Diversity, equity and inclusion. I am especially committed to the advancement of women.

How would you describe your EMBA experience to a potential candidate?

I am leaving stronger than I came in. My takeaways from the program and the cohort have been so enriching.

Is there anything you’d like to share about your EMBA journey or the impact it has had on you?

My journey has enabled me to gain diverse perspectives, ideas and approaches which had lead me to look at things through a more worldly and intentional lens.
