Kaoutar Ennouhi, Head of the Office of Audit and Evaluation, SPVM

Kaoutar Ennouhi, a current EMBA McGill-HEC Montreal participant, recently started a new role as Head of the Office of Audit and Evaluation of the Service de Police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM).

In her new position, Kaoutar is responsible for the SPVM’s Audit and Evaluation Office, which has the mandate to:

• Bring added value to administrative, operational and financial activities and processes;
• Contribute to improving the quality of services and increase the accountability.

The establishment of this office follows the recommendations of the final report of the provisional administration on the reorganization of the SPVM filed in October 2018 and is also in line with the strategic orientations of the SPVM.
