Unveiling our McGill – HEC Montréal EMBA Future Class of 2025
It is with great pleasure that we introduce our newest cohort of Executive MBA (EMBA) participants. These 47 outstanding individuals are embarking on a transformative journey that will equip them with the skills, insights, and networks to enable them to have their desired impact in their organizations and in their communities.
An Experienced and Diverse EMBA Cohort
Our incoming EMBA cohort represents the importance of diversity in management. Comprising managers from various sectors such as finance, agriculture, technology, healthcare, video games, aeronautics, philanthropy, construction and entrepreneurship, these participants bring a wealth of experience and perspectives that will enrich the learning environment. They all are experienced leaders, with an average of 19 years of work experience and 13 years of management experience, 48% of they are already in VP, GM or CEO positions.
This diversity extends beyond their professional backgrounds. Our new cohort represents a variety of ages (from 33 to 57), genders (48% women), nationalities (38% were born outside Canada), and life experiences, creating a vibrant tapestry of talent that will foster collaborative learning.
Together, they have more than 910 years of work experience and a total of more than 580 years of management experience. They will therefore be able to draw on this vast collective knowledge and experience throughout their EMBA journey and long after their graduation.
The EMBA Experience
The McGill-HEC Montréal Executive MBA program is an MBA program designed for experienced managers.
The Executive MBA program aims to develop leaders who are future-ready and sustainability-focused. Leaders who know who they are and what impact they want to have and who have the skills and tools to make it happen.
Our Executive MBA program is designed to be a transformative experience, challenging participants to reflect more, and become agent of change and innovation. Through a rigorous curriculum including 9 modules, integrative activities, knowledge and experience sharing, and close collaboration with industry experts and renowned faculty of both McGill University and HEC Montréal, our EMBA participants will gain the skills and insights to grow as leaders and build their confidence and capacity to have an impact.
