McGill-HEC Montréal EMBA participants are experienced, practicing managers and executives. They are action-oriented, curious and thoughtful people interested in creative, responsible, motivational management; people who are ready to re-examine their own mindsets and attitudes in order to reach their full potential. Managers, entrepreneurs and professionals, with a minimum of ten years’ work experience, including at least five in management, they are committed to playing an active role in their own development and that of their co-participants.
